Fully closed: 11PM to 4AM (no entry or exit)
Exit only:
8PM to 11PM
4AM to 8AM
Entrance closed: 8PM to 8AM
During overnight hours, please plan to use an alternate gate for entry.
Gate Access
The Fountain of the Sun Association announced the launch of the ABDI Gate Access smartphone app on January 18, 2024.
Note: This feature is not available to renters or tenants at this time. Tenants must continue to update guest lists at the FOSA office or by email at office@fos-az.com
Use of this app is encouraged but not required. Homeowners may continue to update their guest lists in person or by email at office@fos-az.com

RFID Fast Pass
RFID Fast Pass Lanes
If you would like to use the RFID Fast Pass lanes, RFID tags are available for $15.00 each. These tags are not transferable. If you replace your windshield or get a new vehicle, a new RFID tag will need to be purchased.
Guest and Contractors
Guests and contractors MUST have resident’s address to be admitted.
Overnight Guests
Overnight guests require a gate pass.
Resident Vehicle Stickers
Resident stickers are free and can be picked up at the FOS Front Office.
If your sticker becomes faded from the sun, you may replace it at no cost.
Please bring a copy of your driver’s license and vehicle registration.
Stickers are reissued periodically when the community updates the sticker color.
