Updating Your
Digital Directory Profile

Your Digital Directory Profile helps you stay connected with neighbors and keeps your contact information current.
In this article you’ll learn how to:

  • Log in
  • Change or add a Profile Picture
  • Change or add a Cover Photo/banner
  • Change your Email
  • Change your Password
  • What to do if you forgot your Password

You can update your photo, email address, or password at any time by following the instructions below.

Log In to Your Account

  1. Go to the Fountain of the Sun website.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Enter your username and password.

Note: You must first register, and be approved for a FOS website account. The FOS Admin Office must approve your account before you can log in. 

Change Your Profile Photo

Your profile photo is the picture people see next to your name.

Steps:

  1. While logged in, click your name or photo in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Profile from the menu.
  3. Click View.
  4. Click on your profile photo.
  5. Upload a new photo or drag and drop one from your computer.
  6. Adjust or crop the photo if needed.

Click View Profile in the top right to save.

Change Your Cover Photo

Your cover photo is the large image at the top of your profile page.

Steps:

  1. Go to your profile page.
  2. Click the small icon in the top left corner of your cover photo.
  3. Upload or drag and drop a new image.
  4. Adjust the photo if needed.
  5. Save your changes.

Change Your Password

Steps:

  1. Click your name or photo in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Account then Login Information.
  3. Under Password, type your new password.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Helpful Tip:
Choose a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.

Change Your Email Address

This email is used only for the website.

Steps:

  1. Click your name or photo in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Account then Login Information.
  3. Under Email Address, type your new email.
  4. Enter your current password to confirm.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Important Note:
Changing your email here does not update your email with the FOS Admin Office or other FOS systems. Please contact the Admin Office separately to update your official records.

If You Forget Your Password

Steps:

  1. Click Sign In.
  2. Select Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Check your email for a reset link.
    • If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Click the link and create a new password.
