Registering for the Fountain of the Sun Website
The Fountain of the Sun website is available to everyone and can be used to find helpful information without logging in.
To access all website features, you must create an account and be approved.
1. Who Can Register
Website registration is limited to:
- Fountain of the Sun property owners
- Fountain of the Sun staff
- Verifiable Real Estate Agents
For security and privacy reasons, registrations outside these groups will not be approved.
2. Registering for an Account
- Go to the Fountain of the Sun website.
- Click Sign Up (top right corner).
- Complete the registration form and submit your request.
3. Approval Process
- All registration requests are reviewed by the Admin Office.
- Approval may take 1–3 business days.
- During this time, your information is verified to confirm that you are:
- A current property owner, orÂ
- A verifiable Real Estate Agent

4. Fountain of the Sun Staff Accounts
- Staff accounts are created internally by the Admin Office.
- Staff members do not need to register through the website.
5. While You Wait
You may continue to:
- Browse the website
- View public pages
- Access general information
without logging in.
