These Are Two Different Websites
Fountain of the Sun uses two separate websites. Each one has a different purpose. They do not share the same login unless you used the same email and password for both.
They are completely separate systems.
FOS Community Website

This is the main community website.
It is used for news, events, and social activities.
Everyone can:
- View homes for sale or rent
- Reserve RV spaces
- See Board and Committee information
- Check concerts, events, and activities
- Read documents and articles
Property Owners who log in can:
- View meeting agendas and minutes
- Update their directory profile
- Share photos
- Send private messages to other residents
- Post classified ads
- Join forums and groups
HOA Portal (FrontSteps)

This website is used for HOA business and records.
Property Owners who log in can:
- Submit maintenance requests and forms
- Check ARC permit status
- Pay HOA assessments (extra fees may apply)
Important Note
Both websites require a login and password.
You may have used different emails or passwords for each site.
