Roadwork & Guard Shack

Planning is underway for roadway improvements in the community, along with updates related to the Guard Shack.

This project is currently anticipated to take place in late August or early September. 

During construction, the roadwork is expected to be closed for approximately three days. During this time, Residents will be directed to use the Sossaman entrance for access during this time.

Billiards Room Renovation Complete

The Billiards Room renovation has been completed and is now ready for residents to enjoy. The project included the installation of new wallpaper and granite surfaces, replacing the previous wood-grain laminate finishes and painted walls. These upgrades provide a refreshed appearance and enhance the overall look and feel of the space.

Pergola Improvements

Plans are underway to replace the existing pergola tops with a new aluminum wood-look product designed to enhance the appearance of these community amenities.

Work is anticipated to take place sometime this summer.

Restroom and Community Facility

Plans are underway for the construction of a new restroom and community gathering facility.

The project will include a 26-by-26-foot block structure featuring men’s and women’s restrooms, a storage area for supplies and light refreshments during sports activities and community events. 

In addition, the facility will feature a 26-by-60-foot covered patio designed to provide space for community events, gatherings, and other activities.

Pool and Spa Renovation Project

A complete renovation of the pool and spa is planned to enhance both appearance and long-term durability.

The project is expected to include new waterline tile and a new interior mini pebble finish. At the same time, the pool deck will be refreshed with necessary repairs and a new coat of paint.

Work is anticipated to begin in early September. Once underway, construction is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete.Â
